The Company
McGinley is a full service commercial construction company with more than 25 years of experience, efficient in all aspects of construction management. We have the ability to concentrate on a single aspect, such as drywall, or supply full General Contracting services.
We are centrally located in Montville, New Jersey which allows us to manage projects throughout the Metropolitan New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas.
We work closely with seasoned architects and employ experienced estimators to accurately assess projects. Our project managers maintain close communication with the project owner and skillfully guide schedules, budgets and other aspects critical to a successful completion.
Our project managers, superintendents and staff adhere to the highest safety standards and excellence in their on-site management. The McGinley team's focus is on completing projects on time and on budget, and providing our clients with the assurance that their projects are being professionally managed.

Over the years, McGinley has completed hundreds of commercial and industrial projects, each one an important notch in the company's growth as a family-run business.
Whether serving as a subcontractor to some of the most respected Construction Management firms in the industry or providing General Contracting services to our own long-term clients, at McGinley we treat every project with the highest priority.
Sean McGinley founded his eponymous company in 2005 with two decades of experience behind him in the construction industry. The son of a carpenter, Sean knew at a young age exactly what he wanted to do with his life, beginning as an apprentice in his late teens, earning Journeyman status in his early twenties and serving as supervisor on a multitude of projects over the years.
Ultimately, Sean realized his dream of communicating directly with clients by founding McGinley Building Services. The goal was to provide any service required, be it hands-on ground-up construction, project management, drywall or plumbing. No matter the project size, McGinley is capable of stepping in wherever we are needed.
Carole McGinley brings her fifteen years of experience in the corporate world to the handling of day-to-day operations, focusing on project control, cost management and legalities. Carole holds a graduate certificate from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Construction Management and a graduate certificate from Villanova University in Project Management.
With every project the McGinley team strives to continue our tradition of serving in whatever capacity we're needed, doing whatever it takes to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
